My mom bought Tyler a pair of Finding Nemo goggles to wear to the pool if he needed them. He loves to put them on and say, "Nemo glasses!". He won't wear them in the pool, but he is very much a fish when we go swimming at the gym. Go Tyler!

We started out the day by going and doing a neighborhood parade with our friends that live in Old Town Folsom, the Lange Family. Tyler and Abby play on Friday's and are great buddies. I brought over our wagon and we loaded up the kids and we were off! They had a blast waving to everyone and of course playing at the park when we were done. Then Tyler and I headed over to our long time family friend's The Bach's, we've been doing the same block party for nearly 26+ years and we all still go! It's a great time, and Tyler loved seeing Grandma "Berry Berry" and Peapaw Jerry. We swam, ate lots of great food and of course did fireworks! We missed Daddy since he was at work, but we took lots of pictures!

So we took Tyler to Kiddie Kandid's over in Babie's R Us to have his 2 year pictures taken. He's sooooo grown up now! He did a great job and of course flirted with the woman who took his picture. I'll have to post more when I get a chance, but here are a few!

Bike Time!

For Tyler's 2nd Birthday he received a new tricycle with a handle attached (for those moments of not wanting to peddle anymore!) from his Nona and Nono (my grandparents). He loves it! He of course has to take the dog with him and she loves it because she gets to go for a walk. Thanks Nona and Nono!!

Ice Cream

Just had to post this picture of Tyler eating chocolate ice cream. We decided we felt like ice cream tonight and Tyler loves it! We had cones at the house so we put just s little bit into the cone and Tyler thought he was in heaven! He kept saying, "Cream! Mmmmmmmmmm!". What a great end to the day, our little family all hanging out in the backyard enjoying the weather!

Our last day in So Cal got off to a very slow start. I of course was up at the crack of dawn, and Tyler & Addam slept in. We then had a little breakfast in the hotel and packed up all of the stuff and headed back down to Downtown Disney to do a little souvenir shopping. We kind of lost track of time and almost missed check out at the hotel! We then packed up the rental car and headed to Huntington Beach. We figured we'd spend the day running around on the beach and then head back to Folsom that afternoon on our flight. Tyler loved chasing the seagulls more than the water. But he eventually put his feet in the water and then we couldn't get him out of the water!! That's my boy... he's a fish like Mommy! We had lunch at Ruby's on the Pier, soooo yummy! We then had to head to the airport for our flight back home. We had such an amazing trip and celebration of Tyler's 2nd birthday. Can't wait to do it again!

Yep, you read right! Addam surprised Tyler and I with a trip to Disneyland! What an awesome husband and Daddy huh?? He planned the entire trip so I wouldn't have to do anything but put stuff in suitcases and head out to the happiest place on earth. After Tyler's birthday party we headed home for some much needed nap time, then packed up the truck and headed to the airport. It was Tyler's first airplane ride! He did great sitting on Addam's lap, and he of course watched a DVD while in flight to pass the time. When we arrived in So Cal we quickly got our rental car and headed over to the hotel. We were all exhausted from a day of fun.

The next morning we got up and headed over to the park and started in. The first thing he went on was the Disneyland train and he loved it! We then met up with one of my best girlfriends Brooke and her husband Scott since they live in Orange. It was great to see them and go on a few rides and just hang out. Thanks for the use of the fast pass too guys! Tyler took a much needed and LONG nap that day back at the hotel. And then we went off to dinner and more fun at the park! Tyler loved every minute of it. He is much like Mommy and has no patience for lines after about 15 minutes, but he did do really well with waiting.

Our second day there was Tyler's 2nd birthday so he got to wear a button that said, "It's my birthday!". Everywhere we went in the park the employees all said happy birthday to him and he loved it. We started out the morning with the character breakfast. What an awesome experience that was! Tyler loved it and said Hi, Thank you, and Bye to each character that came to the table to see him. Plus who couldn't love breakfast without getting a cupcake and a Happy Birthday to you sung to you at 8:30a.m.?! We spent the remainder of his birthday at the park and it was great!

Tyler rode almost every ride that he could! He even rode the Matterhorn!!! He loved it! No rides made him scared or cry, he just kept wanting to go on a "ride!!". It was so exciting to see his reaction to rides and adventures in the park. We were so happy that he loved it!

And yes, I'm a big pregnant woman and I had a blast too! I rode a few select rides, but I mainly stood back and watched my two men have an awesome experience. I didn't fit so well into all of the rides, my belly is getting big now, but just being together as a family was all I needed. It's the way I love to spend my days, with my men!

Thank you Addam for such an awesome trip and 2nd birthday for our son! You truly are an amazing man! I love you! We can't wait to go back again!!

I keep looking at Tyler and saying, "Didn't we just bring him home and he was just a little peanut?". We can't believe out little man is already 2!!! He is the love of our lives and makes everyday so special and exciting! We had his 2nd birthday party at the park. We figured a little sun and a lot of fun could burn off some child energy. We had a bounce house company bring a jump house out to the park and the kid's had a blast! Between playing in the park and jumping everyone seemed to have a great time. We ate pizza and cake and just celebrated Tyler's day. Thank you to all the friends and family that came to share Tyler's birthday, it meant a lot to us! Happy 2nd Birthday Big Boy! We love you soooooooooo much!

Our Anniversary

Addam and I celebrated 4 years of marriage this year. We couldn't believe it! Addam had the whole night planned out. My mom came over and watched Tyler and of course he was happy because they went on their own adventure around town and had a blast! Addam took me to dinner at the Firehouse which is in Old Town Sacramento. Can we say YUMMY food?! It was the best food I have ever eaten. I told him he can take me there every year! While we were eating and taking our time since it was just the two of us. We started talking about how much we have accomplished as a couple and as parents. We couldn't be prouder of where we are and what our goals are for our future. I love you Husband!!
